Here’s an outline of my review scale:
Five stars means I loved it. It was flawless to me, and if it did have flaws, I loved it enough to overlook them.
Four stars means I really liked it. It was close to perfect, but I had a few small critiques.
Three stars means I kinda liked it. It was a *shrug* reaction overall. I neither loved nor hated it. I had at least one major critique; something got in the way of my enjoyment.
Two stars means I probably should’ve given up reading it, but somehow I made it to the end. I didn’t like it.
One star means I couldn’t finish it.
Advance Reader Copies (ARCs)
I do accept gifted copies from publishers. This doesn’t affect my rating; all opinions are my own.
I will share all ARC reviews on Netgalley, Goodreads, and Storygraph, and all ARCs that I rate 3 stars or higher will have a dedicated blog post review here on this website and an Instagram review post. I may also share the book in other posts, like in reels or static posts where I recommend several books at a time.
I reserve the right to not finish an ARC at any time.
